Harrison Leggett have acquired 35,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation at South Bank Central for DNV GL, the global referencing society.
The major refurbishment of this iconic SE1 landmark originally designed by Richard Seifert was undertaken by Hermes with design input from TP Bennett and was completed in September this year. DNV GL have taken the 5th and part 4th of the 220,000 sq ft scheme.
